CBS Corporation today announced the availability of CBS All Access, the CBS Television Network’s digital subscription video on demand and Nielsen-measured live-streaming service, on Sony Interactive Entertainment’s PlayStation®4 (PS4™) console.
With two subscription options, reduced commercials for $5.99/month and commercial-free for $9.99/month – CBS All Access offers more than 8,500 on-demand episodes including full, building seasons of current primetime shows, as well as previous seasons and classic series. In addition, CBS All Access subscribers can stream local CBS stations live in cities across the U.S., including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Philadelphia. Subscribers are also able to watch CBS All Access’s original programming including BIG BROTHER: OVER THE TOP, the upcoming new edition of “The Good Wife” in February 2017 and STAR TREK: DISCOVERY in May 2017.
“With the addition of PlayStation 4, CBS All Access is now available on every major connected device platform,” said Rob Gelick, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Digital Platforms for CBS Interactive Entertainment. “This is a great milestone for the service and gives our subscribers even more ways to watch CBS programming – including CBS All Access’s first original, BIG BROTHER: OVER THE TOP – on their device of choice.”
In addition to PS4™, CBS All Access subscribers can use the service on their Windows 10, Android and iOS devices via the CBS App; online at CBS.com; and through other connected device platforms including Xbox One, Xbox 360, Chromecast, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Roku players and Roku TV.
