CHARGE! is from the maker of the popular Comet TV OTA network who recently launched a Roku app, you can get more info on that at this link. As of right now it doesn’t appear CHARGE! has an app available, but you can stream the channel live from their web page by clicking here. They also have a link at the bottom over their page to see if CHARGE! is available over the air via antenna in your area.
